Hi Peter: A FORM announcement was made this AM. It looks very good and should benefit neighbouring HAW. HAW will soon be doing things on its own too and not so reliant on the wheel of Fortune!! Still time to but now even at $1.47 todays close.... my humble opinion for what its worth.
