Les, this issue has never had anything to do with the economy. That's been a conservative line from day one, that ".. if it weren't for the economy, that if weren't for Greenspan, and on an on." Its an issue of fairness. I don't confuse the Republican paranoia about impeachment one bit.. they know that if this were a true vote on conscience or if it were to be decided by the January Congress, they'd lose.
