Thanks, that's the way I was figuring it. In that case, maybe I should sell IATV now and buy back, then hold for the next year. That way I could still sell it next year, after a full year lapses, for a gain (hopefully a nice one) and apply that to my carried over loss. Sorry to talk about my tax problem Craig, I know you don't give a sh*t.
