AMEN initiated with an Immediate SELL Rating!!!!! Book value of less than 90 cents and negative cash-flow of $2.00 per share forces company to call warrants and after that cash is is used Company will not be able to sustain itself..the next 2 years we will see hundreds and hundreds of web sites will go under or simply not turn a profit this is one destined to never become profitable..
