My friend, what he is doing is illegal...He has set up a scheme where he takes a position in a stock, touts it to his membership who pays him for the privilege of making him money, and then he dumps the stock as they buy. This is called frontrunning and it is illegal. He is also acting as an investment advisor and is not licensed to do so. This is illegal under the 1940 sec act. I know this for a fact but I'm not going to look it up for anyone. roger
