If you're arguing about the law you have to argue on the legal basis of whether this allegation (and that's all it is so far) meets the legal test of perjury. There are many legal experts who say a criminal prosecution of Clinton for perjury doesn't stand a prayer. What's forgotten here is that so far we've only heard the case for the prosecution, party line votes have made sure of that. We still have to have the case for the defense before judge and jury in the Senate - if it happens it could take months - we'll have to stay tuned and tuned and ---------E
