Hmmmmmmm, I know. All I can do is tell you what I'm thinking .... Why it could breakout: -Volume's good (not stellar though) - Good comments today - Positive day for techs in general Why not?: - No NEW news here in the MS comments (MS is late) - already knew things were good - Options negative pull - macro jitters - I think CPQ is a healthy stock which means it should make a longer base or the breakout is likely to fail - No reason for stock to breakout now - not until we know for sure that they are going to beat estimates handily (are there any "leaks" yet, anyone?) - Good breakouts BLOW OUT the resistance level (42) - we're just sticking our toe over the line right now. Things could change. K PS: Oh, and DELL ain't breaking out on the "news" either and DELL's got a better base going than we do!
