Antoine, I have been fortunate to have socialized with judges, I have seen a number of my colleagues be appointed to the bench, and I assure you that perjury is not tolerated. Even by police officers. If a judge perceives that a party is committing perjury, that party may not be prosecuted for perjury, but that party will not have a successful outcome in court. I will not represent a perjurer, and I do not know anyone who will. If that is not the case in other jurisdictions, I hope that the honest people will clean house.
