I called Chris Sargent at GGNC, he was kind enough to pick up the phone and I was able to ask about the Nevada License.

Several months ago they felt a need to have a presence in Nevada - and so they filed for a license. Their attorneys counselled them on not getting involved in U.S. soil until the legislation issue is put to rest, as well as the necessity of having a presence there so they aborted the process.

It was not revoked for non compliance or wrong doing - but for simply GGNC changing direction and aborting the process.

I hope this puts all you minds to rest.

Also guestion Chris about the continuing reporting effort - he confirmed their closing of the 1st Qtr. and then reporting.

He also reiterated James Chu current trip to the Carribean - he is there now and he his anxious to let us know how things are going!
