Grabs: The general public cannot "short sell" a bulletin board stock. Most brokerages that I know of just won't allow it. It is possible for the MM's to contrive the market to effectively short sell a bulletin board stock but they are the only ones that I am aware of that can pull it off. Can a share holder use his stock to drive the price down... yes... but it would take a fairly sustained effort. He would have to have some motive other than buying at a lower price though since the price would begin to move back up when he repurchased shares ... unless he was trying to instill some "panic" in the market for the stock and the other investors started dumping shares because of his sustained effort, then he could buy back in at a lower price because of the panic driven sell price. Just my opinion.... RADAR
