Barnes and Noble said, "If selling books on the Internet is such a good business, we'll just do it ourselves." Hasn't quite worked out.

The network broadcasters said, "If cable ever becomes a viable medium, we'll just expand." Didn't quite work out that way.

AOL had a partnership with Christianity Today to offer content within AOL. What happened? CT partnered up with crosswalk.com, whose site has several fairly sophisticated offerings. It's a little more difficult than just saying, "I'll be a copycat."

On the valuation, my numbers may just as likely turn out to be conservative. Ad sponsored revs were up 100% last quarter and commerce revs were up 150%. With AMEN having broken through the ice into visibility, who's to say that these revenue line items won't grow 200-300% off very low bases?

Again, if you're not thinking outside the box, you will miss the "investment" (not trading) opportunity of a lifetime.
