[After Market Trading] PT Discount Brokers is the only broker I know of that will do out of market trading for small investors. ptdiscount.com I don't use them, but some members of a daytrader's group I belonged to did and seemed satisfied. They trade for about 30 minutes before the open and I believe for about 60 minutes after the close. There is an extra charge. John
