Obviously Tero, that's what the debate is all about. If it is W-CDMA, in it's present form, with no roylaties to Q, and no backwards compatiblity to IS-95, of course ERICY, NOKA, et al will benefit. That is a colossal "if".

Your refusal to clash with the IPR position of the two companies, the recent cave by ERICY, and the poorer relative performance of W-CDMA, undercut your claims severely.
