JG - Two of the companies in the group with NTT-DoCoMo are Sprint's two partners in Global One: Deutsche Telecom AG and France Telecom SA. It may explain some of the dynamics, but it in no way lessens the importance of the announcement IMO. Clark PS Speaking of Sprint, I'm surprised that no one has brought up the recent 'spin-off' of Sprint PCS (sym: PCS) to a separate stock from the parent.
