PLC is moving up on nice volume. I mentioned this stock this morning. Insider buying very high in the past month. heir heart laser is newly approved and will increase earnings greatly in the next year. Also a very good buyout candidate. I rode this from 6 to 25 once. My source got me in and out of it. Now she says to get back in for a similar rise.
