Don't they have to:
1) Acquire new property
2) lower options {they did this?}
3) Roll back the shares
4) Issue a PP?
5) Dump to the public??

You are probably watching the transferring of stock to RRSP, before they do 1 above, so that they can build a nest egg. in RRSP's

All the above may be in different order, but comes from a list of a year ago, that I made for failing stocks {it was a list of 7 events, and so two are missing}

6) resignations of directors....
Now 1? is missing.
