Robin For the most part I am satified with Etrade. I traded several times during the holidays without any problems. Now that I am back to work I use Telemaster and am always able to get through. But Just in case I use stops and limits to protect myself. I will stay with etrade, I like the new format they are using and they are adding more features in February. I believe they are committed to customer satisfaction and constantly improving. We all have our needs and Etrade satifies mine. Good Luck investing Robin. I don't have Etrade stock. Ron
