GPSI earnings play up and beats street. Solid earnings lift Great Plains shares (GPSI)
By market close tonight I will post this week's newsletter on the archive area. It has been an excellent week for earnings plays. It would be an good educational experience to graph the stocks over the weekend and note the technical charts for the last week.. Even more helpful would be to track these stocks for the next few weeks in comparison with others (as a control group). What you should see is the 'street beaters' will have larger gains than others in a 2-6 week time frame.

Great Plains Software shares rose Friday morning on news it earned 20 cents per share for its fiscal second quarter. That was a nickel more than the business software maker (GPSI) made in the same quarter last year, and was 2 cents more than analysts expected. Sales increased 59
