Mark, Fwiw, Frank did sell 1.3M shares converted from options between September and December of 1997 along with another 600k. Look at the S1's. If I'm wrong, you could prove it. My motives are as shallow as your own research. If you're not willing to check things out then, sure, I look like I got some kind of agenda and I look like I'm really trying to put one over on you.
