I think the most important affiliate they have is FASTLANE. Because to manage those large heterogeneous networks, you need an over-arching directory service.

This would explain TM's singing its praises at the AGM.

As for Tundra being next, you may be right --- I don't know much about them other than they're a fully-owned subsidiary of NN's and as such may be spun via IPO, not outright sale.

The original Mother Goose rhyme went something like this:

There was a wise man who lived in a shoe,
Who had so many children he didn't know what to do.
So he sold some off without any dread,
Then IPO-ed the rest and fell into bed. . .

All in fun on a dull market day. . .
