Andrew: CSGI has already had their management change.

This happened shortly after a private placement was completed.

There have been various discussions regarding the involvement of Thomson Kernaghan and some strange financial dealings.

But, the underlying problem is ... insufficient revenues.

To combat that issue, CSGI beefed up their sales staff to 26 in the late summer. And, the new President, Thomas Dreaper, has expanded the company's offerings into the low-tech industry with "Counterfeit Cop".

It's been an interesting year.

I check the Yahoo thread occassionally. It has been pretty active, but mostly with arguments between a couple of the posters. Not much substance.

CSGI recently announced another HP contract. They seem to do better there than in the MVS world for some reason. Their Y2K solution isn't winning many contracts. Yet.

Regards,
