It wouldn't have made one bit of difference if any or many dissident shareholders had been at that meeting. I was at the last AGM and was absolutely disgusted at the process/rape of shareholders. This deal/scam has been scripted for awhile and it is surprising to me that you weren't at the meeting. You must have known the ending.

It seems to me that the GraviShareholders is an entity that represents dissident shareholders and I would like more info. This thing isn't over yet as far as I'm concerned.
