Mediaone raised December 18, 1998 09:00 AM Morgan Stanley Dean Witter analyst Richard Bilotti said Friday he raised MediaOne Group Inc UMG to an outperform from a neutral rating. MediaOne's cable operations trade at 10.7 times EV/EBITDA, versus a multiple of 12-13 for the rest of the industry. -- MediaOne said that 1999 to 2000 growth could be lower than expected. -- Bilotti's year-end 1999 price target is $48. -- Shares up 1-15/16 at 42-7/16 on Friday morning.
