>>>What do you mean the market is "valuing" AMZN at $280?<<<

Actually, the market is valuing AMZN at $286 as of today's close. Maybe when/if people see the light or AMZN goes bankrupt AMZN will be valued at significantly lower levels.

>>>It is not the market! The only reason AMZN and YHOO ran to this level is because of extremely small float(done on purpose by the company management), relentless hyping, and momentum buying by some daytraders.<<<

The market is made up of supply and demand. What people are willing to pay for something is in the end what its worth. That's all people care about.

>>>If you look at the history of the stock market, none fared well after such insane run-up and speculation. Most stocks and companies eventually crashed and burned. YHOO and AMZN will be no exception.<<<

What is your point here? So it will crash and burn. Are you saying it's now? If not maybe it will hit $400 before $50. If so that analyst will be right on the mark. And consider that $400 is only $133 after the split, which is not unlikely again.

>>>It will eventually come back to below $50 per share. The reason is that the market is never intended to work like this, and will self correct and get rid of this kind of garbage.<<<

Besides, people including myself have made a ton of cash off AMZN YHOO and other internet stocks. That's not garbage to me. I'm sorry you feel that way.
