True there will be a 100 1 R/S!!!I just got off the phone with the CEO!! He said that the reason that they are doing this is so he can put 20 million on the books. Due to the Warrants being issued. The people who got in over .50 should fell screwed. The people who get in at these prices will see there stock double to quadruple quickly. He assured me that this will not cause dillution and that those shares will be restricted. I suggest to all who are holding high might want to cash out for a Tax loss. Those holding low. DON'T PANICK! This is a good thing!!
