" Is it illegal to give buy & sell recommendations unless you have a license?" It is 100% untrue. Restrictions can be imposed on those with licenses, but those who do not have licenses can't be regulated. Check out the numerous stock newsletters in existence. It is a 1st amendment protection. Barb
