Yes, Bob Brinker told his listeners in his "Moneytalk" program last weekend that it is a foregone conclusion that Clinton will NOT be removed from the Senate, because "the votes simply aren't there". This, in spite of the fact that Brinker himself is anti-Clinton... Brinker also advised listeners to take advantage of any short-term pullbacks caused by the impeachment circus, and to buy SPYders if the S&P 500 index went below 1100.
