Off-topic, Eric thanks for that link!

Jim Jubak: <<Great -- in retrospect. I also know that if I'd picked the wrong expensive stock to buy, I would have lost big. Sure,
a purchase of Cisco has paid off, but what if you'd ignored
price and bought Novell (NOVL) in 1992 instead of Cisco?
At that time, Novell was the hotter networking company
and traded at a P/E ratio about 15% higher. However, an
October 1992 investment in Novell, held to the present,
would have resulted in a 40% loss. Cisco's stock,
meanwhile, is up 2,617% during that period.>>

I wonder if Jim Jubak (MSFT ties aside) would have considered buying NOVL in the $7-8 dollar range in the past year, believing that Eric Schmidt was the "right stuff" to revive the old networking king? Timing is everything! Time will tell if NOVL can revive to past highs or not. CS, hmmm, they have much more serious problems IMHO.

Regards,

QuadK
