TWEST here is the web-site of the company that has a strong sell on ORTC techvestllc.com ----but they have had sells also on ORG and ATIS,so they obvoiusly think it is a sector going no where---quick look at that press release regards financing--- I am struck by there are over a million warrants out there with an exercise price of 15 dollars---
