AWWWW What the heck, Let's have some fun with this.LOLOLOL!!!

Dear Frank...

I have had a hacker problem with my e mail for about two weeks, which
should be secured tomorrow, so I can hopefully catch up with my mail.
My apologies in advance for not being able to communicate more openly.

I frequently question myself as to why, after over four years of
battling to protect Aqua Vie's shareholders, that someone would suggest
that I would take the company private now... that was essentially an
opportunity that I had, if I chosen to take it, when I left the
courthouse, over a year ago.

Perhaps I'm naive in these days of instant gratification, but I still
feel strongly that when real people sincerely invest in a new business,
they are a part of the entrepreneurial team that helps lay a foundation
for it's future growth... in good times and in bad, both of which have
happened here.

Frank, I have worked far too hard in following through on this project,
and in planning the most appropriate time to reveal Aqua Vie's true
value in a demonstrable way, to ever consider selling out. And, I
really wouldn't have been able to get this far without the help of Aqua
Vie's shareholders.

I have had to make strategic decisions over the course of time in
response to the changing competitive, retaliatory, and economic issues
facing Aqua Vie's breaking free. But these decisions have always been
made with the company's shareholders in mind, one of which is me. I
have no hidden agenda, except to finish what I started.

I am somewhat disappointed by the armchair CEO's out there, but I've
decided that it's just part of the job... I don't profess to be Moses,
but for all the brain cells they've used, I just wish they had created
something of value, instead of undermining the present with
philosophical memorabilia.

>From my vantage point Frank, I cannot give you any guarantees... but
it's my personal belief that you will do quite well with Aqua Vie. I'm
quite confident that everyone will, but again, that's just my personal
opinion.

Tom
