Well, Flynt may want to time it for maximum effect. What is the point in emptying out all the muck about, say, George W Bush's affairs at this point? It is better to wait until he is nominated, right?! Similarly, Mr. Threesome will have to watch out once the trial begins in the Senate and the time comes when they all have to vote! Until then, he is OK (or, to be precise, he maybe OK! :-)). But if for some reason, there is no trial in the Senate, Flynt will simply hold back the information until it is time for Threesome's re-election!
