Does the fact that they went to all the trouble of making an SEC filing about the share program mean that these shares may one day be worth something??? HAHAHAHA.....such a comedian.... no, I think they HAD to file this information. 25M Authorized and 3.8M O/S.... I thought it was 3.8M in the float... if it's 3.8 outstanding... what's the float???... WHOA.... I'm starting to like THMZ again... it's been on ignore for a while.. hey..... did you by any chance happen to notice where they are incorporated?... seems I keep investing in Nevada Corps.... AHHHHHHH
