I went though that HELL several months ago.Can't begin to remember all the delays.Phone calls to Delaware Charter got some help.I'm grayer than I used to be but I do have a roth ira.Later I was told I could not make anymore contributions into a converted account,would have to open a " new" second roth ira, but now I've been told that is not necessary.When things go smoothly at datek life is good and prices are cheap.When you need help...well, welcome to hell.
