Article in edm Journal today, summary.

First polished diamonds from Ekati will be displayed in Calgary and Vancouver on tuesday at Brinkhaus.

Six uncut Ekati rocks weighing about 14 carats in total are being cut and polished in Sirius's shop. When ready they will be shipped to Cal,Van.

Range in value. 3,000-$20,000

I also found it interesting that Roger Morton or Polar Star will purchase Ekati diamonds from Antwerp in early 99. Each of the polished stones will include a laser cut image of a polar bear, invisable to the naked eye, to guarante its authenticity as a canadian gem.

Have a great weekend all.
