@Home Pro ahhaha - I just got back in town. I never like to watch the market in December. It's usually crazy with all the funds and MMs selling off to meet regs and then buying for next year - it's like mating season for the dinosaurs. This year is not so bad. I called around about @Home Pro and so far all I hear is that it is a "to be announced" product. I am amazed at how horrible the customer service lines are now. TCI handles all the customer support for @Home (as they should by contract) but nobody at TCI knows anything (if you can wait long enough to get someone on the phone). As I understand things, TCI buys access to @Home and bundles the service as they see fit. ATHM says the game plan is for TCI to restrict service of @Home in the beginning (rightnow) to residences because they do not want to overload the system. Businesses customers will be sent to @Work. As they can handle it, the cable businesses will step things up and eventually offer full service to anyone. Perhaps this @Home Pro is the next step up (offering extended service to @Home customers)? This would seem a natural move since they already allow multiple (3) stations to run off @Home running on NT and using a software package they offer. I wonder if this is the same software package under a different name? I would like to look into this further. Do you have a url or contact for me? Franz
