Not Bad - I hauled my little bid off on HMV and put in on SV. That screws up your totals - why not 10 for 1 Proposed name change and share consolidation Home Ventures Ltd HMV Shares issued 13,835,016 Dec 18 close $0.02 Fri 18 Dec 98 News Release Mr. Clive Brookes reports At the company's AGM scheduled for Jan. 18, 1999, shareholders will be asked to approve a consolidation of Home's share capital and the change of the company's name to International Home Ventures Ltd., or such other name as the board of directors may approve. The share consolidation is being proposed in order to provide Home with greater flexibility in arranging future financings. One new share in the capital of Home will be issued for every 13 shares of Home outstanding prior to the effective date of the consolidation. Home currently has 13,835,016 shares outstanding and 1,064,232 shares would be outstanding after the consolidation. Incidental to the consolidation, the company intends to increase its post-consolidation authorized capital to 100,000,000 shares.
