<It's beginning to look like Ascend had it's chance in the sun.> Eric, Do you follow Ascend closely? Insiders are always dumping lots and lots of shares over there. Hopefully, they remain independent. As a stand-alone company, shareholders will reap huge rewards over the nest few years. They have the products that the carriers want. I am just as optimistic about 3Com and looking forward to earnings next week. Pat
