Sign-ups..what we do for sign-ups is i as a league president write a letter of what we did the year before and thank everyone for there help and effort and what our goals are for the coming year and the fee's and dates of sign-ups...this letter is given to each child in every class in every grade in every school in our sending school district...it is also published in local newspapers, shown on local T.V.,heard on local Radio stations, and put on the front door of local stores and mailed to each of last years participants....we leave no stone unturned..or any kids with out the opportunity to play ball....the last thing you want to hear is...i didnt know there was sign-ups...so if you do it this way...problem solved...
