Re HMV Share Consolidation: Notice that after they do the consolidation they are going to increase their issued share capital to 100,000,000 shares.After the consolidation on the 1 for 13 consolidation. So if you have 130,000 shares now at .02 after the rollback you will have 10,000 worth .26 per share.Then they increase their shares approved to 100,000,000 valued at .26 post consolidation at 26 million value(not really).They show the float as tight at a little over a million after the consolidation and it is easy to run, pump and dump. This one has it all John,They have had directors resign or change,New properties(rare Earth).They have attempted a PP but it fell through,delinquent filer and now this consolidation at not 1 for 16,(the Norm) but 1 for 13.Oh did I forget PR contract that expired and wasn't renewed and increased share capital post consolidation to 100 million and a name change too boot. I will leave this on the portfolio for those who are interested to follow.This is my .02 for what it is worth.Keep an eye out for the big pump after the consolidation is in effect.
