WCAP stake is small so you must deduct the tax bracket of 31%.. Same problem as with ubid/MALL where MALL trades at 29 and ubid at 53+. Mall's intrinsic ubid stake (82%) alone, is worth 38!! MALL remaining business between 8 and 12. And note that MALL could pass uBID shares in a taxfree transaction to MALL owners.. also WCAP has a nice rallye till now. I bought some at $2 1/8 earlier and tossed them for a smallish gain, sigh. C.
