To All Shareholders on Todays Court Hearing

Today, December 18, 1998, the Court denied Peter Michaels' "motion to quash." The Court also issued an order conditionally striking all of the pleadings filed by Michaels and any related defendants, on the grounds that the check for their "appearance" fees had bounced, subject to a motion from
plaintiffs addressing the impact of such a ruling on the Court's jurisdiction over these defendants. In addition, the Court ordered that these defendants shall be barred from filing or opposing any motions in Court until all of the past due appearance fees are paid to the clerk of the Court.
