I have to side with Big Tex. No substance to anything so far. Where's the beef? How do we know that, even though its a 50/50 JV, the profit may not be 50/50 depending on current liability ownership, equipment and risk. MYGD may end up only getting 3 or 4% of profits on their 50/50 deal. I got out at .26 with an average of .14. I have no stake anymore and am just throwing in my 2 cents worth. I am seeing a lot of foolish anticipation over what has already been forewarned many times. Good Luck to all still holding. Buyer beware, the market doesn't lie.
