Frank, The weak open seemed to be on low volume, when they took it down to 17 3/8. But, what's your explanation on the 3.8 million shares that have traded since? Are all these shares really trading? Or, are the MM's swapping shares to give negative signal (i.e. high volume with price down) and panic more small guys to sell? Dave
