You are correct! I think S3 shareholders have been too patient
with S3 management over the past year, and should start to take the initiative by contacting Investor Relations. Look at the chart. In Dec
1995, the stock was $19. Let management know that you are not satisfied with the return on your shares, and let managment start to be accountable for the stock value. Yes, they can do something to
improve the value. What are they waiting for?
