Starnet

Feature - December 25 1997

One of the major players in the Internet gambling world is Starnet, of Vancouver British
Columbia. In a special interview with the firms Vice President of Operations, Jason King it
became clear that this is a company that knows what it is doing, and is doing it well.

Starnet was founded in May 1995 as an Internet content developer and broadcaster to focus
on profitable niches on the Internet. Starnet is now a recognized leader in the field of on-line
entertainment with an established traffic flow of over 6 million hits per day.

The company was also the first to be certified by a Canadian chartered bank, the Bank of
Montreal, to conduct real-time credit card transactions over the Internet. Most recently,
Starnet leveraged its expertise into the next opportunity in on-line entertainment: Internet
Gaming.

Their real-money Internet gaming subsidiary, World Gaming Services Inc.
(www.worldgaming.net), became fully operational on October 22, 1997. This operation
accepts, processes and manages wagers from outside of North America.

World Gaming features wagering on international sporting events, international lottery
tickets, and interactive casino-style games. World Gaming also offers live broadcasting of
horse racing (no wagers are currently accepted) from the Ontario Jockey Club's Woodbine
Racetrack in Toronto.

Starnet recently incorporated a new subsidiary, Softec Systems Caribbean Inc.. Softec is
dedicated to licensing Starnet's Internet gaming software. By licensing complete,
customized Internet gaming systems (similar to World Gaming) to third-party, offshore
gaming license holders in exchange for revenue participation, Starnet's revenue sources will
be diversified to include geographic regions that are not presently targeted.

Version 2.0 of World Gaming's software, with more games of chance, will be ready by
January 1998. In the meantime Starnet will continue to pursue new Internet gaming licensees
through Softec. Starnet will also entertain strategic alliances with a variety of top-tier
racetracks in its objective to provide live Internet coverage of horse racing around the clock.

King said that 1997 has been a banner year for the company. In 1997 the company can brag
of :

$2,ooo,ooo in profits for the year ending in April, 1997.
On May 24, 1997 Starnet is the first to broadcast live horse racing(Woodbine
Racetrack) on the Internet utilizing streaming audio and video.
September 2, 1997 Starnet Communications International Inc. has been cleared by the
US Securities and Exchange Commission and has become a fully-reporting US public
company.
November 12, 1997 Starnet Communications International Inc. announces the
incorporation of its new wholly-owned subsidiary, Softec Systems Caribbean Inc..
Softec is engaged in licensing complete, customized real-money Internet gaming
systems to offshore gaming license holders.
October 22, 1997 Starnet Communications International Inc. announces that its wholly
owned subsidiary World Gaming has commenced operation and is now accepting
real-money wagers from residents outside North America.
November 25, Starnet is pleased to announce that it has been listed in the Standard &
Poors Standard Corporation records. This publication is a recognized securities
manual for Blue Sky, manual exempt trading.
Starnet completes non-brokeraged private placements at a price of US $1.00 per unit,
for gross proceeds of US $2,450,000. Total possible proceeds if all warrants
exercised = US$17,150,000.
