The story is that they don't plan on any '97 DVD revenue.... as stated by Fred Chan. Kinda strange i think that they (esst) would state this, and on the other hand tout that they've got the best VCD solution? Considering the fact that VCD contracts/desing wins should lead to the next generation product..ie the DVD... you would think they would have something in the works? Maybe Herb is working on that too! f
