Let me ask you this question:

You often compare NTAP to CSCO in the sense that they each had created
one unique category. But when Madridge left Cisco, they hired
John Chambers who really took Cisco Big Time. Can you give us a
detailed description of NTAP's management for the past three years
that you are in this stock? Are they solid gold? Do you see them
bring in a big time player? Thank you in advance.
