Shane,

Be careful here. The statistic you are looking at is a 3 month
moving average. A move up into the 0.8s for the 3 month average
may indeed mean that last months BtB was above 1.0. This is
certainly a good thing. That doesn't necessarily mean it is good
enough to justify the current stock prices. Nor does it mean that
business is anywhere near good.
