Just my two cents on the subject of insider buying selling.

For starters I certainly have no first hand knowledge of why

any of these people are buying or selling stock but one can make

some assumptions.

First if I were able to participate in a private placement in

a company at say $2.00 (plus a warrant), and said company company

was trading above that price I believe that I would take the plunge

and buy as many of the units as I possibly could. Now lets assume

that I dont have all the cash on hand, but I do own shares in said

company. Don't know about you but I would sell some shares into

the market above $2.00 and get all the units I could at $2.00, since

not only is one lowering their average cost but one is also getting

that extra warrant as an added kicker.

Don't know if that what has happened here but it may be a

possibility, and lets face it they didnt sell at the top either!

Regards
