The supreme court has ruled that a sitting president is not immune to civil cases while in office so the case proceeded. As part of trying to prove her case Clinton was questioned about his pattern of sexual behaviors especially w/regards to female subordinates while governor and now president. He was ordered by a Federal judge to answer all questions truthfully under oath. HE LIED UNDER OATH and did everthing in his power to thwart the lawsuit and the investiagation. Those things are illegal! THERE ARE CURRENTLY PEOPLE IN JAIL IN THE U.S. FOR COMMITTING PERJURY IN SEXUAL HARASSMENT CASES. Do you really beleive that sexual harrasment is a joke and defendants should be allowed to lie under oath w/impunity? Are you really that stupid? Now tell me again why the fact that Bob Livinston had an affair execuses Bill Clinton from lying under oath? BTW: Livinston is not impeaching Clinton...the house of represenatives is impeaching Clinton. Livinston gets exactly one vote, just like everybody else.
